Hernán Zin, of Italian-Argentine origin, is a war reporter, writer and documentary filmmaker who has worked in more than 80 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. After graduating in International Relations, he took his camera and decided to travel the world to carry out an informative work focused on poverty, human rights and armed conflict. He has collaborated with numerous media such as TVE, Canal Plus, El País, El Mundo, ABC, RNE, among others. His documentaries include "Born in Syria" (2017), nominated for the Goya and Best Documentary Award at the Platinum Awards and Forqué Awards; and "Born in Gaza" (2014), also nominated for a Goya and Best Documentary Award at the Forqué Awards and at the Al Jazeera Festival. His last four documentary films have been released on Netflix for everyone, including "Dying to tell" (2018), winner of the Best International Documentary Award at the Montreal International Film Festival.
